An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join a progressive medium-sized CA firm Business Advisory team in Albury Wodonga.
You’ll work closely with SMEs, private family groups, and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of industries — helping them make confident decisions, grow sustainably, and achieve their goals.

This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond compliance. You’ll become a trusted advisor, building meaningful client relationships, solving complex challenges, and contributing to their long-term success. You will not need to do any accounts processing – this is all handled for you. You’ll also be supported by a national network of professionals who value collaboration, innovation, and career growth.

What you will do:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic insights
  • Lead client discussions and provide tailored business and tax advisory solutions
  • Review complex financial statements, tax returns, and group consolidations
  • Advise on key tax planning and structuring matters, including Div 7A, CGT, FBT, and GST
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
  • Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Contribute to business development activities and strengthen client relationships
  • Identify process improvements and drive positive change within the team

What we want:

  • CA/CPA qualified, with solid experience in an Australian public practice environment
  • Strong technical expertise in business services, compliance, and advisory
  • Commercially minded with a genuine curiosity about clients’ businesses
  • Skilled communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire others
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Confident using digital tools and cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, MS Office)

What’s on Offer

  • Structured career pathways with access to senior leadership and national networks
  • A supportive, people-first culture that values flexibility, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Ongoing professional development including technical training, leadership programs, and study support
  • A range of benefits including wellbeing initiatives, retail discounts, additional leave options, and social events
  • The opportunity to work with diverse clients and complex engagements that challenge and grow your expertise
